A creative writing course for adults looking to find coping strategies for improved mental wellbeing. 

Expertly lead by writer Steven Wilson, participants will:

  • learn how to use creative writing to improve wellbeing and deal with negative thoughts and feelings
  • learn about different writing forms and techniques including poetry, storytelling, dialogue and journalism

The course is also a chance to meet new people and gain peer-to-peer support in a friendly, welcoming environment.
