Reading Well can help you manage your health and wellbeing using helpful reading. They are produced by The Reading Agency. Currently there are four book lists available; Reading Well for Mental Health Reading Well for Dementia Reading Well for Young People Reading Well for Long Term Conditions The books are all recommended by health experts as well as people with lived experience of the conditions and topics covered and their relatives and carers. You can be recommended a title by a health professional or you can visit your local library and take a book out yourself. The self-help books help with a range of commonly experienced mental health issues such as depression anxiety and stress. They are available to borrow from County Council managed libraries and our website. GPs and health professionals can also prescribe titles in the collection.
