Song-writing for Well-being

Song Writing for Well-Being is part of our Inside Stories programme. It is a series of 10 weeks of free song-writing workshops with an experienced musician for people looking to find coping strategies and improve mental well-being. In a small group, learn how to express your feelings and thoughts through the creation of a song with others and have it recorded for you to keep and share. You can be musical or not, it doesn’t matter, as no experience is necessary. Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, Innovation Fund and William A Cadbury Charitable Trust.
