Tai Chi Qigong with a more gentle approach so ideal for beginners or for those who are less mobile as many of the movements can be done seated.    Emphasis on posture  balance  protection of joints  fall prevention and de-stressing  in a relaxed  friendly non-competitive atmosphere.  Covid responsible processes are in place.  Every Wednesday 1pm to 2pm  Every Friday 10.15am to 11.15am.
