The Club provides coaching at recreational level in the discipline of "General Gymnastics" for boys and girls of school age. Gymnasts learn skills on the floor vault balance beams and trampette and mini asymmetric bars. Skills are developed by working through the British Gymnastics' Award Scheme which starts at level 8 and works up to level 1 then following on from these we offer Bronze Silver and Gold Awards which focus on progressively more advanced floor skills.
