What is Pilates?  Pilates is a form of exercise that is ideal for the management of joint or muscular pain. It can strengthen and stretch your back and neck and correct your posture so aiding recovery after surgery or injury. Pilates will help you to stretch  tone and relax.    Who takes the Classes?  Instruction is given by a Chartered Physiotherapist who is also an APPI qualified Pilates Instructor.Classes allow supervision of exercise and are therefore suitable for all abilities."One-to-One" sessions are available on request.    When do Classes run?  Warwick Pilates runs Pilates classes through-out term time in Warwick and Leamington Spa.
