Rugby Sport for the Disabled Association (RSDA) was founded in 1975. We provide and promote sport and recreation for disabled people living in and around Rugby, Warwickshire and the surrounding area.

We cater for all levels and all types of disability including physical, sensory and learning.

We have a wide range of equipment and experienced helpers who can provide tuition or practical help and offer the chance at participating in various sports and games including swimming, badminton, dominoes, trampolining and crossbow.

For more information, please visit our activities page.

They run sessions Sunday at the Queen Diamond Jubilee centre 2-4pm.
