Master’s Graduate tutoring Mathematics up to and including degree level: Primary, KS3, GCSE, A-Level & Degree (undergraduate). I have always been passionate about Mathematics and I embrace this enthusiasm in my teaching.
I have a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from Loughborough University, as well as A-Levels in Mathematics and Further Mathematics from Heath Lane Academy Sixth Form.
Whilst at University I took on the voluntary role of running a mathematics tutor group, aiding students who were seeking additional support or to consolidate their understanding of subjects I had covered in prior years of my studies.
My approach to learning and by extension my tutoring is to establish a core understanding of the fundamentals of the specific topic, and build up further knowledge from that foundation, including crucially how to apply it in answering typical exam-style questions.
