TCES National Online School is the first and only DfE accredited (through the Online Education Accreditation Scheme) online SEND school in the country. We provide therapeutic education for students aged 9-25 with a range of complex needs - including EBSA, SEMH and ASC, as well as any child unable to attend school in person - to full-time, small-group therapeutic education.
All the 'traditional' elements of a school are in the timetable, including assemblies and extra-curricular clubs. Students join NOS on a short-term (minimum 12 weeks) to re-engage and reintegrate back into an in-person setting, or on a longer-term basis including GCSEs, A-Levels and other qualifications such as AQA awards and Functional Skills. Majority of the placements at NOS have an EHCP. Since NOS was accredited by the DfE we have been shortlisted for education awards by TES, CYPN and Nasen.
