Castel Froma Neuro Care is a charity that runs two specialist care centres in Leamington Spa; Lillington House and Helen Ley House. We offer residential specialist care for people who have acquired brain injuries or neurological conditions, offering permanent, short term or respite stays. Through an innovative combination of 24-hour nursing care and therapy, we enable each resident to maintain life skills and retain their independence as well as offering rehabilitation and enablement therapies for those that require it.
Telephone contact and face to face outreach services. Staff can meet clients at a suitable location to cater for the clients needs. Home visit are available at request and subject to risk assessment.
