Out and About Service - The Out and About Service will provide volunteer befrienders who will work with families across Warwickshire and Solihull to offer the opportunity for disabled children and young people to enjoy activities of their choice  out and about in the community or at home with the support of a volunteer. (Funding  thanks to the generosity of BBC Children in Need!)

Let's get healthy - These groups spanning school holiday periods support young people to participate in physical activities whether it is dance  team games  football or other sports in the local environment. The two-hour sessions are alternated to include healthy eating sessions  food variety  fabulous food and how the body works. Skilled support staff  volunteers and other relevant coaches will work initially in the Stratford area but with positive outcomes for young people's health and well-being and a legacy of increased knowledge supporting the public health agenda  it is intended that these sessions would be actively pursued in other geographical locations.

Coffee and Chat - An opportunity for an informal 'Coffee and Chat' for parents and carers of children  young people or adults with additional or specific needs or disabilities. A great way to speak to someone who understands and find out about support that is available. Facilitated by experienced parents and professionals who will be on hand to answer any questions you have about what local and national support is available  where to turn to next after a recent diagnosis and much more.
