Appoint Us is an organisation working in partnership directly with individuals and other professional bodies offering a person centred service for individuals. We cover a wide geographical area in the short or long term. We work with Solicitors and other professionals and those that are caring for the people they love and those that just want to make their life a bit easier. All of our staff are DBS/CRB checked and have a minimum Level One in Safeguarding training. We offer different types of support depending on the individual's circumstances: MOVING ON We are able to support an individual in finding somewhere to live if they are unable to live safely or just choose to move from their current property. We can identify alternative accommodation ensuring it is appropriate for the individual and can assist in personalising it to meet their specification. We can also provide a separate quality assurance service to ensure it is the right place for the right person. We can support you to get valuations We can support you to market your property We an support you making a property market ready We can help you identify a potential new home We can help you with accessing on line technology that supports the moving process We can also arrange help with moving and packing. We can support you to access stirage if you need to We can support you to end a tenancy We can support you to access a conveyancing solicitor We can offer an end to end package ASSET MANAGEMENT We work with Solicitors and others to manage assets such as property funds etc TRANSITION We also offer permanent or time limited services to support individuals to live independently whether for the first time or learning new skills such as preparing menus to cooking simple meals making a shopping list and doing the shopping and how to pay bills and general budgeting. We will encourage and support access to the internet in a person's own home working towards independence.
