We cover all areas across the UK as these devices are pre-programmed and therefore we can post these for a self installation. We are members of the TSA (Telecare Services Authority)
All calls are monitored by our highly trained and specialist team at the Worcester-based call centre providing 24/7, 365 days a year support. If any of our users are in need of assistance, they simply press the button on their device and calls will be answered immediately where the team will either contact a family member, friend or call emergency services on their behalf.
The range of Assistive Technology products includes both digital and analogue alarm systems such as alarm pendants and wrist bands, fall detectors and bogus caller alarms. The range will soon be extended to include smoke, heat, and carbon detectors.
