I am an Integrative Counsellor and creative arts therapist working with children, young people and adults. My practice is grounded in a person-centred approach, offering a calm, accepting and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe, heard and understood.

I have experience supporting adults with a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, bereavement, pet bereavement and loss, life transitions, identity concerns, and feelings of overwhelm. My work as a bereavement and Trauma counsellor has shaped my understanding of how illness, loss and traumatic experiences can affect both emotional wellbeing and sense of self.

Alongside talking therapy, I integrate creative and nature-based approaches, which can be especially helpful when feelings are hard to put into words. This may include the use of creative therapy ( drawing and sand-play), imagery or walk-and-talk sessions, where movement and connection with nature can support grounding, reflection and emotional processing.

I offer individual and couples counselling in-person and online sessions, as well as nature-based therapy. I can also provide home visits and therapeutic support within hospital or care settings, where familiar or contained environments may help you feel more at ease.

Sessions are always shaped around you and your individual needs. My aim is to offer a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship in which understanding, resilience and growth can gently develop.

I believe you are the expert in your own experience, and I will work alongside you with care, curiosity and respect to explore what feels most important for you.
