Lanchester Court is a specialised housing scheme suitable for adults with a Learning Disability  Autism  Complex Health Conditions  Mental Health and Physical Disabilities in Rugby. This is a purpose built supported living housing scheme comprising 17 unique living spaces  including apartments  townhouses and bungalows. We are a registered social landlord and are able to make adaptions to our properties to meet individuals' mobility  sensory or other specific needs.  The housing scheme at Lanchester Court has extensive shared garden spaces and a patio area.  The aim of our service at Lanchester Court is to provide housing and high quality  personalised support for individuals with a range of needs. Together with our tenants  we work in partnership with other professionals and health care teams to identify support needs  setting realistic and achievable goals.
