Charlecote Village Hall

Charlecote Village Hall is available for hire (by the hour or day) for a variety of events and activities.  The Hall has been used for:    

• children's parties  
• family gatherings  
• regular club meetings  
• training  
• workshops  
• sales events  
• exhibitions    

Situated in the heart of rural Charlecote, the Hall offers a large room, able to seat 50 people.  The lighting is particularly flexible, and controls provide bright or dimmed light to suit the occasion.  Facilities on offer include:    

• fully equipped kitchen  
• two toilets including disabled facility  
• disabled access throughout  
• heating  
• tables and chairs  
• grassed front and rear gardens  
• on street parking     

Hall Hire  

Hire costs include the use of the Hall, kitchen, garden and all equipment except the marquee:    

• Private parties are charged at £100 for the entire day
• Meetings are charged at an hourly rate of £15 or a reduced rate of £10 for those with a parish connection  
• A nominal heating charge applies between 1st October and 31st March  of £10 per day or £5 per meeting
• The charge for Elections is £15 per hour.
