Our classes have now reopened The classes are suitable for all ages and involves a gentle warm up Yang (pronouced Young) style 8 Movements Dharma Qigong (pronounced Chi Gong) and tai chi qigong (Breathing exercises). All you need is access to a smart phone / tablet /computer and a sense of fun.
Tai chi has been found to be the best exercise to improve your balance! The 8 movements was design for the Chinese Government to allow everyone to learn Tai Chi quickly.
