Our classes have now reopened. The classes are suitable for all ages and involves a gentle warm up Yang (pronouced Young) style 8 Movements Dharma Qigong (pronounced Chi Gong) and tai chi qigong (Breathing exercises). All you need is access to a smart phone / tablet /computer and a sense of fun.
Tai chi has been found to be the best exercise to improve your balance! The 8 movements was design for the Chinese Government to allow everyone to learn Tai Chi quickly. We teach:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings at 10am. Plus Monday and Wednesday Evenings at 7.30pm.
Indoor classes (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) are currently held in the St Chad's Centre, Bishops Tachbrook.
Outdoor classes (Tuesday and Thursday) are currently held at the Offchurch Sports Club.
