What if you could have a morning where nothing needed to be achieved?
Pause & Reset is a small-group wellbeing experience with the horses at Cotswolds Equine Assisted Therapy & Learning CIC in Long Marston, near Stratford-upon-Avon.
Rather than spending three hours sitting in a room talking about wellbeing, we will spend most of the morning outside, experiencing it alongside the horses.
Depending on the group and the horses on the day, there may be opportunities to observe the herd, groom, walk alongside a horse, explore horse behaviour and communication, or simply spend some quiet time in their company.
There is no riding, no previous horse experience is needed and there is nothing you need to be good at.
There is also no expectation to talk about personal experiences or share anything with the group. You are welcome to participate at your own pace.
The morning is designed to offer some time away from everyday demands — an opportunity to slow things down, notice what is around you and experience connection with the horses and the outdoor environment.
