We are a welcoming, friendly and considerate group of people who enjoy walking and cycling activities in the countryside. Members arrange a variety of walks, cycle rides and other activities to suit different tastes and abilities. A summary of our activities is shown below:
Day Walks: These range from more leisurely walks of 5 to 8 miles to more demanding 10 to12 miles or more. Some may be in more challenging terrain.
Evening Walks: These shorter walks run during the summer.
Cycle Rides: We run day rides and multi-day tours, usually covering 20 to 45 miles a day.
Weekends and longer trips away: Our walking and cycling trips run frequently throughout the year.
Social Activities: Social and cultural activities where members can get together are also an integral part of our program.
