Women Stepping Out was formed following my experience of an unexpected life challenge while in a foreign country. Our purpose is twofold, to be an inclusive safe listening and learning space for women where they can feel equally accepted and empowered, regardless of their background and circumstances and to be a means of supporting community cohesion.
