Our Mission Statement

"Improving people’s lives in our community by providing professional advice, care and support".

Our Services include:  -   Acquired Brain Injury  -   Autism Support  -   Day Opportunities Activities  -   Domiciliary Care  -   Holiday Breaks  -   Horticultural Therapy  -   Mental Health Support  -   Residential Services  -   Transition

People in Action is not only an organisation that invests in its customers but it's also an organisation that invests in its staff. Our own in-house Training Department focuses on nurturing and developing staff skills in a blended learning environment. All of our staff undertake Learning Disability Common Training and also receive additional First Aid Training. Staff often tell us that the level and quality of training they receive is way ahead of other support providers. Also, all of our carers go through pre-employment screening including DBS check.

People in Action are registered with the Care Quality Commission and inspected on a regular basis.
