Gleberry Support (Formally Prestige Care 247) was formed in April 2013, with the aim to support the local community to live their lives to the full and support them with their daily needs, dreams and goals.
We can offer the following types of support:
- Companionship
- Health issues
- Personal care
- Accessing the community
- Shopping
- Cleaning
- Assistance going to appointments
- Support with going on holiday (your carer can come with you if you wanted them to)
- We can support people over the age of 18 years old
- Holiday support
- Activities support
