The Fitter Futures Warwickshire service funded by Warwickshire County Council and delivered by Everyone Health is a healthy lifestyle service which includes the following services:
- Adult Weight Management service - 12 weeks of fully funded weight management support provided either by Everyone Health or by Slimming World. Eligibility criteria does apply. See website for details
- NHS Health Checks service - Free NHS Health Check for 40-74 year olds provided by a Warwickshire GP Practice. Eligibility criteria does apply. See website for details
- Stop Smoking service - 12 weeks of one-to-one behavioural support and free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT). Eligibility criteria does apply. See website for details
- Physical Activity on Referral service - 12 weeks of subsidised physical activity support in a leisure centre or with an Everyone Health Physical Activity Specialist. Charges may apply. Eligibility criteria does apply. See website for details.
