We help children and young people (up to age 25), parents, and families, to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. We also provide training to professionals, equipping them to provide the best possible care to bereaved families.
We offer free, confidential bereavement support by telephone, video or instant messenger, as well as face to face from a number of locations across the UK.
Our National Helpline is available to take calls and respond to emails 9am-5pm Monday -Friday along with an online Live Chat. The helpline can provide support and Information such as a confidential listening service, advice, guidance and information on a wide range of topics, signposting to other local and national organisations which may be able to offer further support specific to your needs.
