June's Chatterbox Tunes is a small independent service for families with babies from newborn to 4 years. It provides a range of classes for children aged from birth to 4 years which run at Binley Woods Village Hall Dunchurch Sportsfield Village Hall and St Andrew's Church Rugby Town Centre and include a selection of movement music signing and sensory fun! Classes run throughout summer and holidays. I also run occasional Saturday sessions. June's Chatterbox Tunes also hosts Birthday parties for children up to 4 years with music singing instruments parachute guitar sensory and messy play activities which can be tailored to your child's interests Dunchurch Sportsfield Village Hall Rugby Wednesday 9:45am to 10:35am Signs and Rhymes course (age: birth to 22 months) This is an interactive stimulating 6 week course. Learn up to 60 signs based on Makaton and gestures taken from British Sign Language. Weekly themed signs e.g. Meal times Family Nappy time Getting dressed and Bedtime Transport and Health and Emotions. Classes are fun and interactive singing songs and learning signs with instruments scarves puppets props and bubbles. We also have some sensory activities with space blankets bubbles and sensory toys. Parents will be emailed information about signing weekly signs songs and activities to practice at home. Wednesday 11:30am to 12:20pm Tots Chatterbox (age:1 year to 2.5 years) This is a structured interactive class for toddlers with Music Singing Signs and Sensory/Messy play to develop early communication social interaction and play incorporating speech and language techniques.Parents will be given handouts with information and activities to do at home. Thursday 1:30pm to 2:15pm St Andrew's Church Rugby Music and Movement classes (age: 6 months to 3 years) We will sing a mixture of popular nursery rhymes and songs with the guitar and easy to learn action and movement songs with instruments puppets scarves props parachute and bubbles. Friday 10:30am to 11:15am Binley Woods Village Hall Rugby Music and Movement classes (age: 2 months to 4 years) We will sing a mixture of popular nursery rhymes and songs with the guitar and easy to learn action and movement songs with instruments puppets scarves props hula hoops bean bags parachute and bubbles. Venues are all covid secure with Covid safety measures in place e.g. hand sanitiser thorough cleansing of resources and toys prior to and after sessions.
Some venuues have free parking in a private car park e.g. Binley Woods Village Hall and Dunchurch Sportsfield Hall. Families attending classes at St Andrew's Church Rugby Town centre can park in the main Asda car park for up to 2 hours FREE.
