You are warmly invited to a free monthly support group for baby loss, creating land art in nature in a peaceful garden.
It is a chance to honour memories, process emotions and support healing through creativity, wherever you are on your journey.
Art therapy offers a quiet reflective space to explore our emotions through creative expression. Land art is ephemeral - when we make temporary art in nature with creations that are meant to fade using flora. leaves, stones, sticks and found objects, this offers a very special kind of healing, through the act of making and letting go. It’s art that doesn’t need to last to matter.
Guided by a trained art therapist, the sessions are all about process over product, presence over perfection. There’s no need to be ‘good’ at art. No pressure to speak or show your artwork, just the freedom to create, feel your emtions, reflect and remember, in a gentle, supportive environment - and the chance for a chat over a cup of tea at the end!
You are welcome here just as you are. No experience needed - only openness. You are guaranteed a warm welcome, and the company of other bereaved parents who understand.
“What fades from sight does not fade from meaning; this life remains part of the tapestry of life, held in earth, breath, and remembrance.”
