Echoes Charity provides free Mental Health and Wellbeing workshops and groups over Zoom. All our services are led by qualified and registered psychotherapists and counsellors. We offer tools, support and advice, together with a hub containing relevant information to various topics, and signposting to other charities and services. Our creative corner is a place where people are able to share their own thoughts and feelings through various media.
We provide a service that is interactive and allows people, who may have felt previously isolated and unheard, to discuss their needs with others who are, or have been, in similar circumstances.
