The Nacoa telephone and email helpline provides information and support for everyone affected by a parent's drinking.   The helpline is open Monday to Saturday 12pm-9pm.  Our website nacoa.org.uk includes personal experiences  FAQ  publications and reading lists and much more.  Our services are free to everyone affected by a parent's drinking. This includes children of all ages  many of whose problems only become apparent in adulthood. Nacoa also publish a wide range of publications. Please see the Publications list on our website.  We also run training programmes for volunteers who provide many of our services.   

We provide training programmes for volunteers who wish to become Volunteer Helpline Counsellors and Researchers and/or who wish to take part in media opportunities  speaker engagements  research and other ways to help the charity. Training is provided at our offices in the centre of Bristol.
