The Nacoa telephone and email helpline provides information and support for everyone affected by a parent's drinking.  The telephone helpline is open Monday to Saturday 12pm-9pm (0800 358 3456).  The email helpline is open Monday to Saturday 12-7pm (helpline@nacoa.org.uk). Our website nacoa.org.uk includes personal experiences, FAQs, publications, reading lists and much more.

Our services are free to everyone affected by a parent's drinking. This includes people of all ages, many of whose problems only become apparent in adulthood. Nacoa also publishes a wide range of publications. Please see the Publications list on our website.  We also run training programmes for volunteers who provide many of our services.

We provide training programmes for volunteers who wish to become Volunteer Helpline Counsellors and Researchers and/or who wish to take part in media opportunities, speaker engagements, research and other ways to help the charity. Training is provided at our offices in the centre of Bristol.
