The Limes is situated just a few minutes walk from Stratford-Upon-Avon's town centre and provides long term residential care and short term respite care for people living with dementia as well as older people with long term physical conditions.
The Limes has been designed as two separate households. The ground floor provides a home for 15 people, whilst the top floor houses 15 people and can be accessed by a lift. Each household has a living area with a lounge, dining area and kitchenette where people can make their own snacks and drinks, and staff are always happy to help with preparing hot refreshments. Outside, our secure gardens have a summer house, shaded seating areas, games lawn, planted spaces and raised beds - it's also a great spot for visiting wildlife including the occasional deer. There's also the opportunity for green-fingered residents to grow their own flowers, fruit and vegetables.
The home's Lifestyle Coach plans a range of activities including regular outings and day trips, and will always do their best to ensure that you can continue to do the things that you have always done.
The home uses acoustic monitoring to provide non-intrusive night-time care, as well as electronic care planning to capture care records, which includes our relatives' gateway which, with consent, allows relatives to see care notes in real time from anywhere with an internet connection.
