A freindly health and wellbeing group held at The Gap Community Centre from 1 to 3 pm. This actvity starts with an hour of gentle seated exercise to help with mobility to pop songs from the 50's and 60's, or gentle seated exercises using light resistance bands to build and maintain strength. Tea, coffee, and cake are next, followed by mindfulness craft activities, such as making decorations for the community centre tree, crafting ornaments out of clay, or flower arranging.
