The Lifeline unit connects to our friendly Lifeline team who provide a 24/7 monitoring service.  The team provide reassurance around the clock, every day and night of the year, at the press of the button on the unit or the button on your pendant.  We are trained to quickly assess the situation and take prompt action (that might be calling one of your nominated contacts or emergency services).  

Other Telecare products can be connected to the Lifeline unit to help you live independently at home; including a fall detector, bogus caller button. The New digital units no longer require a Landline to plug into as they work via roaming mobile networks looking for the best signal.  We also no provide devices that you can use when you are out and about if you like to keep active.  The team will cover the whole of Warwickshire for fitting a Lifeline and we can mail order nationwide.
